While we specialize in multi-family buildings, we also manage a number of commercial spaces, including store fronts and office spaces. In addition, we manage small condominium associations.

• Instructions to tenants to call our office for any issues, including emergencies
• Contractors to deal with most any issues that may arise; alternatively, we can use those of your choosing

• New tenant rent up’s, including advertising, showing of the unit, application review, and the final lease
